If you smell gas (natural gas or propane fuel), evacuate the premises, and contact your gas utility company and/or emergency services such as 911 IMMEDIATELY. Do not use a gas appliance that experiences operating difficulties, is a safety hazard, has not been maintained, or requires repairs until the appliance has been assessed, serviced/repaired by a qualified service professional.
Wammoth Services is not liable for a gas fireplace unit that was installed by someone other than Wammoth Services, units installed without proper county/local permits and/or inspections, units that have not been maintained per manufacturer’s instructions, units that are recommended to be replaced or not to be used, units requiring repairs, replacement parts, units that are beyond their serviceable life, units that do not have fireplace information data.
Payment in full is required upon completion of the service/repair/project. Invoices that are not paid by the invoice due date will be subject to fees, including, but not limited to late fees, return payment fees, monthly maintenance fee, collection, legal expenses. Credit card payments require a 4% convenience fee. Check payments may be processed by bank deposit, mobile or other image deposit, or ACH/electronic means. Any payments that are returned to Wammoth Services not paid for any reason is subject to a return payment fee. Our minimum trip charge is $150.00. A minimum trip charge may apply in lieu of the original service fee amount (appointment cancellation, service incompletion).
Customer is responsible for any collection, legal, investigative, interest and account maintenance fees that Wammoth Service may incur to collect a debt.
